Entering the geometry

The geometry of an agricultural implement is defined as a series of parameters describing its dimensions.

The geometry is important particularly for all systems that are GPS-controlled.

The distances you enter depend on whether the implement is towed, mounted on the tractor or self-propelled.

Procedure

1.
On the work screen, press:
 FS_Maschinendaten > ( FS_weiter_zurück) >  FS_Geometrie_einstellen
The “GEOMETRY” screen appears.
On the screen, you can see which measurements need to be taken and where they can be entered.
2.
Enter the measured values. With mounted implements that have a boom that is not straight, but rather curved towards the front, you must enter the values for the individual sections. With  SY_Geometrie_Teilbreiten_links and  SY_Geometrie_Teilbreiten_rechts, you can switch between the sections.
3.
FS_Geometrie_Anbaugerätename - Optionally, you can change the name of the mounted implement.
4.
FS_Geometrie_Geschwindigkeit - Optionally, you can call up the “GEOMETRY / Section-Control” screen.
5.
Configure the parameters
You have configured the geometry.
