Transferring tasks using a USB memory device
 
When transferring tasks with a USB memory device, there are three methods:
Method 1: The USB memory device contains task data.
Version 2: The USB memory device and the terminal contain task data.
Method 3: The terminal contains task data.
Depending on the method, the data can be transferred in different ways.
 
 
Version 1

A USB memory device with task data is inserted into the terminal.
1.
Open the start screen of the “ISOBUS-TC” application.
The task data is automatically imported from the USB memory device to the terminal.
The USB memory device contains no task data.
2.
Remove the USB memory device.
 
 
Version 2
 
 
 
Procedure

You have completed all tasks.
þ
A USB memory device is inserted into the terminal.
1.
Open the start screen of the “ISOBUS-TC” application.
2.
 DisconnectUSB - Tap “Logout”.
The following message appears: Adopt new tasks? Yes) Adopt new task data. No) Only save terminal tasks.
3.
Select “Yes” to export the task data from the terminal to the USB memory device. At the same time the task data is imported from the USB memory device to the terminal. Then there are no more data on the USB memory device.
or
Select “No” to only export the task data from the terminal to the USB memory device.
The data is transmitted according to the selection. Please note that after the transfer, all the task data are only located on the USB memory device.
4.
Remove the USB memory device.
5.
Connect the USB memory device to a PC.
You can now import and edit the taskdata.xml file using the FMIS.
 
 
Version 3
 
 
 
Procedure

You have completed all tasks.
þ
A USB memory device is inserted into the terminal.
1.
Open the start screen of the “ISOBUS-TC” application.
2.
 DisconnectUSB - Tap “Logout”.
The data is being transferred. Please note that after the transfer, all the task data are only located on the USB memory device.
3.
Remove the USB memory device.
4.
Connect the USB memory device to a PC.
You can now import and edit the taskdata.xml file using the FMIS.
