ISOBUS control for modern hoeing technology

The renaissance of “well-tried” mechanical weed control

Regardless of whether for or against modern weed control with pesticides, the increase of gaps in effectiveness and the progressing resistance of weeds and grass weeds are reality. For this reason, mechanical weed control is currently receiving high attention – not only in organic farming but also in conventional agriculture.

Looking ahead, Müller-Elektronik has developed ISOBUS controls for modern hoeing technology and is now offering these to manufacturers of hoeing machines:

  • Naturally, the hoes equipped with Müller-Elektronik technology work on all already existing ISOBUS terminals and can thus be easily integrated into the existing mechanization of the agricultural enterprise.

  • SECTION-Control for up to 18 hoeing parallelograms allows a complete mechanical processing of the rows, thus preventing anew weed infestation from the untreated area.

  • Cultivated plants in the cross rows are protected by automatic lowering and lifting with SECTION-Control. To ensure yield, the optimal number of crops per hectare remains.
