In the year of its 30th anniversary the Agritechnica has once again impressively cemented its lead position as the benchmark international trade fair for agricultural machinery and farming. With some 2,907 exhibitors, around 450,000 visitors – including more than 100,000 from overseas – the expectations of the DLG organization team were fully met.
One of the keywords this year was “Agriculture 4.0”: Sensor-based information collection systems along with satellite-guided and high precision farming that makes use of electronic steering technologies. The new technology becomes more and more important for modern-day agricultural practitioners worldwide. Müller-Elektronik presents itself for over 30 years as a pioneer and pacemaker in this segment.
This year we presented at our 300 m ² exhibition stand innovations in the fields of terminals, sensor technology, control systems, data exchange and ISOBUS.
For example the AIRidium® sensor, a patented measuring system consisting of an electronic control device and piezo sensors for the seed-precise recording of the most various seeds in pneumatic seeders. Or the also patented PLANTirium® sensor providing a seed detection on precision planters using image-generating sensor Technology.
Our on and on developed solutions in the field of agricultural electronics and precision farming give farmers the new opportunities they need to enhance efficiency and conserve resources.
We can look back at a successful trade fair and we would like to thank
our business partners, customers and visitors for many informative and constructive discussions.
The next Agritechnica is scheduled to take place from 14 to 18 November 2017
(Preview Days on 12 and 13 November) at the Exhibition Grounds in Hanover.
